Aster Volunteers & ASK : Delivering on Our Promise of 50 Happy and Healthy Little Hearts In keeping with our commitment to supporting underprivileged children, Aster Volunteers has made 50 cardiac surgeries possible. As part of this noble initiative, we organized a free Pediatric Cardiac Screening Camp at Mercy College, Palakkad, in association with Lions Club of Palakkad Heritage City, benefiting the local community. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Sr. Nirmal, Principal of Mercy College, Palakkad. A team of medical experts from Aster Medcity, led by Dr. Edwin Francis, Dr. Annu Jose, and Dr. Bijesh, provided complimentary echo and ECG services to all children. Volunteers from Lions Club of Palakkad Heritage City offered their support, ensuring the camp's success. Out of 34 children who attended the camp, 18 were offered fully sponsored surgical intervention under the scheme. Aster Volunteers & ASK is dedicated to shaping the future of healthy citizens.
