As part of our commitment to inclusive education, we launched the Bright Beginning initiative in collaboration with the Kerala Forest Department, distributing 250 school kits over three days across tribal communities in the Mannarkkad region. Each kit included essential items like high quality bags, Umbrellas and water bottles, aimed at supporting young learners in their educational journey. We began our initiative at the Kotteppadam Tribal Hamlet, distributing 50 school kits to enthusiastic young students. The event was graced by Mannarkkad Forest Range Officer Mr. Subair and the local Ooru Mooppan, who emphasized the importance of community involvement in promoting education within tribal regions. On the second day,50 kits were given at GTWLP School, Gottiyakandi, in the presence of Mukkali Forest Range Officer Mr. Safeer and Attappadi Block Panchayath President Mrs. Maruti Murukan. We concluded the initiative with the distribution of 150 school kits across Thachambara and Aanamooli, attended by Mr. Subair, Thenkara Panchayath President Sri. Shoukathali, and Thachambara Panchayath President Sri. Babu Master. This initiative reflects our ongoing efforts to bridge the gap to mainstream education and empower tribal youth.
